He's having some complications. He has major blisters on his leg and found that he's allergic to the medical tape they used. He has a fever of 102 deg. that will not go down even with antibiotics. His heart rate is high and his blood is not thinning even with shots and high doses of coumadin. Now, he has to have a blood transfusion today, Saturday. She has about 75% kidney failure with a bad a liver. She has IgA Nephropathy which is a disease of the kidney. She will immediately go on dialysis, otherwise, she would have about 3 months to live. She has been placed on the kidney and liver transplant list and doctors are hopeful that with dialysis, she will live a healthy life until the transplant.
